Visual Conductor collaborated with Space in the Raw to launch a new event space rental at The Factory LIC. We took over 40,000 sq ft of the 7th floor and designed an event extravaganza to showcase the space. The event theme “Who's Your Muse," a reference to the Long Island City creative community, featured the following highlights:
• A next-level fashion performance with avant garde designers, projection mapping and dancers.
• Editorial photo shoot.
• Sch-Muse Lounge section.
• 3D body scanning station for models and event patrons; the “new selfie."
• A 3D step and repeat area.

At the core of Visual Conductor is a strong foundation for design and conceptual. This extends to logo development for companies, events, artist labels, etc. A few selections:
1. All of it Now – a new media agency that specializes in projection mapping and live visuals. The results, an edgy logo that conveys motion, transformation and dimension (Z-space).
2. ETS Strategic Investments – is a financial startup for trading structured products. A collaboration with Taylormade Designworks.
3. Alchemy Products NYC – produces metal stands for glass art, using processes that yield unique textures and finishes.
4. IntelliCell BioSciences – a regenerative medical company devoted to anti-aging treatments. ReGen Medical – is a subsidiary
214 Lafayette is a unique luxury townhouse rental in the heart of Soho, NY. The owner, a movie director, wanted a minimal aesthetic with cinematic impact. Developed marketing materials, successfully positioning 214 Lafayette as the premiere rental location for the discerning client. The space was featured on several tv shows, received a lot of press coverage and rental opportunities. Listed by The Halpern Team, at Compass.

The Penthouse at 205 E.59th Street is a unique, stunning experience, with east-facing bridge views all the way to the master suite capped with Central Park cityscapes. One of the space’s most unique assets is its exposures starting due south and leading all the way northwest. This matches the daily path of the sun.
The concept: A day in the life of the penthouse, using the sun's path as the timeline. The use of time-lapses, the sun's movements and shadows amplifies the pulse and heartbeat of the place, making its architecture and interiors the main character in a story. We added "ghost" people, through prop styling, shadows, and stand-ins to heighten the personal experience.

118 East 83rd Street is a New York luxury rental, listed by The Halpern Team and The Mariani Team of Compass, a cutting-edge real estate brokerage.
For the logo, we wanted to create a mark that conveyed uniqueness and exclusivity to J.P. Morgan's former carriage house. The results: an abstract interpretation of the current owner's painting.
